This weekend in Downtown, Seoul Sausage is closing its doors for the last time. The long-established Korean sausage manufacturer is selling its assets in Little Tokyo and relocating elsewhere. As for Little Tokyo, it’s time to say goodbye, with owner brothers Yong and Ted Kim informing Eater that the restaurant’s final evening of operation will be on Saturday evening.
- In addition to its online presence, Seoul Sausaged had brick and mortar locations in Sawtelle Japantown and Little Tokyo before shutting both. Because of their amicable parting, the Kim brothers have carried Seoul Sausage into stadiums such as the Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles and the Coliseum in Los Angeles for Rams and USC games.

In the following years, Oh opened restaurants in Los Angeles such as Escala, Korean Super, and Hanjip, the latter of which closed its doors last year. Oh has also just built a restaurant in Hawaii called Chingu, which serves Japanese cuisine.
